How to delete your maatriks.ai account

You can delete your maatriks.ai account at any time from within the mobile app. This page explains the in-app path, what happens after deletion, and how to contact support if you cannot access the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the maatriks.ai app on your device
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap Account & security
  4. Tap Delete account
  5. Type DELETE to confirm (and enter your password if prompted)

What happens when you delete your account

When you confirm account deletion:

  • Your account credentials and profile information are permanently removed
  • Your workout logs and training history are deleted
  • Your AI-generated workout feedback and related review data are deleted

Data retention

After deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems. Deleted data may remain in backups or disaster-recovery systems for a limited period where technically necessary. We may also retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
