How to delete your maatriks.ai account

You can delete your maatriks.ai account at any time from within the mobile app. This page explains how and what happens when you do.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the maatriks.ai app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (accessible from your profile)
  3. Scroll to Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What happens when you delete your account

When you confirm account deletion:

  • Your account credentials and profile information are permanently removed
  • Your workout logs and training history are deleted
  • Your AI-generated workout feedback and programming data are deleted

Data retention

After deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems. Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytics and service improvement. No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion.
