Workout planner
A plan before the first set.
Give Maatriks the shape of your training week. It turns that setup into scheduled workouts you can inspect before the gym and edit whenever the plan needs to change.
Your setup
Built around the week you give it.
The starting program comes from the information you enter—not from a hidden AI coach making decisions after each session.
- Schedule
- The days you want to train.
- Experience
- The training background you select.
- Focus
- The emphasis you choose for the program.
- Session length
- The time you want each workout to fit.
- Exclusions
- Movements you do not want included.
Before you train
See the session before you start it.
Open a workout to see the exercise order, separate warm-ups and working sets, and the target beside each set. You arrive with a session to follow, while the actual values remain yours to record.
- Exercises stay in a visible order.
- Warm-ups remain separate from working sets.
- Rep, load, and time targets sit beside the work.
Still your program
Change the plan without starting over.
Edit a workout when its structure no longer fits. Exercises, order, warm-ups, working sets, and their targets can be changed in the program editor.
A change made only inside an active session stays with that workout record. It does not silently rewrite the saved program.
One continuous path
From setup to the gym.
- 01
Describe the week

- 02
Review the program
Look through the workouts and change the details that need your judgment.
- 03
Open a prepared session
Start with the planned order and targets, then log what you actually complete.
Before you make it your plan.
Can I edit the workout program?
Yes. You can change the workouts, exercise order, warm-ups, working sets, rep or time targets, and exercises in the program editor.
Does AI build or control the program?
No. Your setup creates a structured starting program that remains editable. AI is used separately for post-workout feedback.
Can I see the workout before I start it?
Yes. The prepared session shows its exercises, warm-ups, working sets, and targets before you begin logging.
