A structured place to start
Start with a plan you can change.
Maatriks turns your setup into an editable program, keeps the next workout visible, and puts a movement reference beside each exercise.
Before the gym
See what the session contains.
The planned exercise order and targets are visible before you begin. That gives you a concrete session to inspect without claiming that one program is right for every new lifter.
Before the set
Open a movement before you try it.
Watch the exercise loop, then read the general setup and execution reference. It is a convenient reminder inside the workout, not individualized coaching.

No locked prescription
Use the plan—or edit it.
Change the workout when the schedule, equipment, exercise, or target does not suit the session you intend to do.
Individual decisions about load, technique, pain, and physical limitations need context the app cannot infer from a general page.
After the workout
Record the session and review it.
Log the sets you actually perform, then use the summary to see the completed work in one place. The record gives you context for deliberate edits later.
Where the app helps—and where judgment remains yours.
Can I change the starting program?
Yes. The program is a structured starting point, not a fixed prescription. You can edit its workouts, exercises, sets, and targets.
What if I am unsure about an exercise?
Open its demonstration and general movement reference before the set. For technique that needs to account for your body, equipment, injury history, or pain, use qualified individual guidance.
Will the app change the plan after every workout?
No. Your program stays where you set it unless you edit it. Optional Auto-progression can make bounded target changes only to eligible working sets.
