How to start password recovery for maatriks.ai

Password reset requests should be started from the mobile app sign-in screen. The reset email will then send you back through the public handoff page and into the app.

How to start the reset

  1. Open the maatriks.ai app
  2. Go to the sign-in screen
  3. Tap Forgot password
  4. Enter the email address tied to your account
  5. Open the reset email and continue from the recovery link
